We are pleased to offer a series of 90-minute online sessions targeted to the unique needs of family childcare and day home professionals, including educators and consultants. Whether you work with an agency or on your own, this is for you! Sign up to claim your seat for a fun, engaging session. All workshops are pre-approved in Alberta for PD funding.

Presenter: Laura Woodman has been offering interactive workshops to early childhood educators for over a decade. After running her accredited, award-winning day home for 10 years, Laura received her Master’s degree in Human Ecology, Family Science in 2022, and is now a 3rd year PhD student at the University of Alberta. She currently researches and supports family day homes and family childcare programs across Canada. Laura finds co-creating knowledge to increase family day home abilities to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
