Goal Setting for Day Home Educators and Professionals

This session outlines the process of making a plan for success, using SMART goals to guide the way. Planning and following through on solid, clear goals is the focus, and several examples will be offered. Each participant will be invited to brainstorm a list of personal and professional goals, then workshop one SMART goal as a template. We will also explore using a check-in cycle to stay on track, to help your day home goals and dreams become a reality!
